Programs & Levels

Five disciplines, three lanes, one clear route between them. Every programme below is a full term of coached instruction, not a drop-in.

Book a trial class

Gymnastics

Women’s artistic development across four apparatus — floor, beam, bars and vault. We teach the full skill progression rather than isolated skills, so athletes build the strength and control that makes difficult elements repeatable. Vault and tumbling are coached on a full tumbling track with pit access for new skills.

Dance

Ballet, jazz, contemporary and hip-hop, taught as technique first and choreography second. Our ballet and contemporary classes follow a structured syllabus; jazz and hip-hop build from groove and rhythm work into full group choreography. Every term ends with a performance piece so dancers learn to work as an ensemble.

Levels

BEGINNER (ages 4–8) — fundamentals, shapes, basic skills, lots of conditioning play. No set routine required. INTERMEDIATE (ages 8–13) — full skill progression underway, two classes per week, scored every term. COMPETITIVE TEAM (ages 10+) — four sessions per week, regional meet preparation, strength and conditioning block, team travel.

Choosing a level

How do you place a new student?

Everyone starts with one free trial class. After that, the coach places the student and explains the reasoning — usually within a few minutes of watching them move.

Can my child move up mid-term?

Yes. If your child is ready mid-term we will move them at the start of the next month, and you will be charged the difference rather than being asked to wait a whole term.

Do competitive athletes have to start in a team class?

No. Roughly a third of our competitive athletes train only in team classes. Competition is a decision made per athlete, never a requirement for advancement.

What if we are not sure which discipline to try?

Take the trial class in the discipline you are most curious about — that is what it is for. Most families end up trying a second one, and the first is always free.
