Standard annual waiver. Every student and accompanying adult signs once per calendar year.

Signing and returning documents
Signed waivers are valid for twelve months from the date of signature and can be handed to the desk, emailed to the studio, or uploaded through the parent portal. A medical release is required before a student's first class, and the competition registration form must be on file before any athlete enters a sanctioned meet — the academy admin tracks both and will contact you if something is outstanding.
