The rules that keep everyone on the floor safely. These are the same documents we ask every family to sign — published here so there are no surprises.

Arrive five minutes early and let your coach know you are there — an unregistered arrival cannot be supervised.
Hair must be secured for all apparatus work. Rings, watches, jewellery and hair accessories must come off before practice.
No food or drink in the studios except water. No glass containers anywhere on the floor.
Training shoes or bare feet only. Outdoor shoes come off at the door, always.
If a coach asks you to stop, stop. Skills get resumed once the coach is satisfied, and no skill is ever withheld as a consequence.
Absence & make-ups
Illness: tell us before the class starts so the session is recorded rather than marked as a plain absence. Recurring absence is what drives the parent alerts, and a heads-up saves everyone a phone call.
Make-ups: recreation and intermediate students may make up a missed session in any class at the same level, up to three times per term, subject to capacity. Competitive athletes should speak to their coach.
Documented injury: absences covered by a medical note are credited to your account for the remainder of the term. The injury also triggers an automatic alert to the parent and the academy admin, which is a safety feature, not a disciplinary one.
Annual public liability: $2,000,000 per occurrence Coach accreditation: USAG Safety Certified / SafeSport, current Background checks: renewed every 24 months per coach Emergency action plan: posted in each studio and reviewed each term Medical responder: certified on site at every training session
